Block is produced as profiled because of the hard and bumpy working conditions. The moving jaw is tightened to pitman with tightening wedges and bolts..3-CRUSHING JAWS AND COATINGS: Crushing jaws and coatings are produced from %12-14 Manganese alloyed steel casting. As jaws and coatings are designed to be used inside out, second side can be used when the first side worn-out.4-FLYWHEELS: Produced from cast iron and fixed to the eccentric shaft with a conical wedge.5-ECCENTRIC SHAFT GROUP: Eccentric shaft group consists of eccentric shaft, roller bearings and sealing. Eccentric shaft is produced from forged steel resistant to bumps alloyed with chrome-molybdenum, bearings places are grinded, within the requested latitude. The bearings are spherical roller heavy dufy type bearings. The Labyrinth covers are produced from steel casting.6-TENSION ARRANGEMENTS: Pitman tension mechanism consist of tension rod, tension rubber and tightening nuts are used instead of tension springs which proved to be more convenient.7-JAW ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM: For jaw adjustment, adjustment block and adjustment shims are used. In this way a simpler, more convenient and longer lasting adjustment system is gained. Jaw adjustment is provided with adjustment shims with various thickness.8-TOGGLE PLATE: Toggle plates are produced in suitable thickness from GG 18 cast iron for the jaw not to be damaged from any material that falls inside (like iron)or in excessive coercion situations to be broken as safety net. There are disassembled toggle plate slots on the body and as well as on pitman in order to prevent the body and the pitman from corrosion which can easily be replaced when corroded.9-LUBRICATION: The pitman bearing housings as well as side bearing housings are equipped with grease nipples to be greased with grease gun

The bars at the top of the frame and on the side walls are produced from high manganese steel casting and can easily be replaced. Moreover, an adjustment bar to adjust the size of the material and a large flap gate for rotor maintenance and to overcome obstructions exist. Free vibrating screen is produced with highest sensivity and attention due to its importance in the process. The amplitude of the screen body is adjusted to 7 mm. at the manufactory in order to gain a maximum of capacity. The screening capacity of the screen is strongly related to the gradation , humidity rate of the material and moisture the material with washer or not. The screen and its bunkers are completely fixed and they are attached to a chasis which can be demounted with bolts. There are platforms to walk on for maintenance of the screen and replacement of the screen wires.SCREEN BODY: The side plates of the screen is made of one-piece steel sheet and screen grids are attached to side body with secure bolts. The spiral spring and rubber wedge are used so that body vibration do not pass to the chasis. The steel wire corded screen wires that put on grids in the body are tightened from the sides.VIBRATION: Two sides of eccentric shaft are fixed from countered weights. The bearing of shaft is hard type and equipped with two spherical roller bearing. The amplitude of the vibration can be changed 4-8 mm. with changing the amount of weight and the turn of the shaft. The connection between vibrator bearing body and the screen body are built with a maximum sensivity.
