TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Özmak jaw rock crushers can be used to crush mine, granite and of similar hard character substances and also of soft character mines like limestone, creek materials and materials with various type and character. Primary jaw crushers can be used especially for the first crushing process to gain aggregate from mine materials and to crush various substance.

We still have mass production of jaw crushers in different sizes and capacities shown in the chart.

1 - FİXED BODY: Produced as welded steel sheet construction, fixed jaw base and adjustment block base have an adequate width of metal sheet as a box construction which provides a rigid structure.

2 - MOVING JAW BLOCK (Pitman): The moving jaw block is produced as mono block from steel molting. Block is produced as profiled because of the hard and bumpy working conditions. The moving jaw is tightened to pitman with tightening wedges and bolts.

3 - CRUSHING JAWS AND COATINGS: Crushing jaws and coatings are produced from %12-14 Manganese alloyed steel casting. As jaws and coatings are designed to be used inside out, second side can be used when the first side worn-out.

4 - FLYWHEELS: Produced from cast iron and fixed to the eccentric shaft with a conical wedge.

5 - ECCENTRIC SHAFT GROUP: Eccentric shaft group consists of eccentric shaft, roller bearings and sealing. Eccentric shaft is produced from forged steel resistant to bumps alloyed with chrome-molybdenum, bearings places are grinded, within the requested latitude. The bearings are spherical roller heavy dufy type bearings. The Labyrinth covers are produced from steel casting.

6 - TENSION ARRANGEMENTS: Pitman tension mechanism consist of tension rod, tension rubber and tightening nuts are used instead of tension springs which proved to be more convenient.

7 - JAW ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM: For jaw adjustment, adjustment block and adjustment shims are used. In this way a simpler, more convenient and longer lasting adjustment system is gained. Jaw adjustment is provided with adjustment shims with various thickness.

8 - TOGGLE PLATE: Toggle plates are produced in suitable thickness from GG 18 cast iron for the jaw not to be damaged from any material that falls inside (like iron)or in excessive coercion situations to be broken as safety net. There are disassembled toggle plate slots on the body and as well as on pitman in order to prevent the body and the pitman from corrosion which can easily be replaced when corroded.

9 - LUBRICATION: The pitman bearing housings as well as side bearing housings are equipped with grease nipples to be greased with grease gun
