| TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Özmak primary impact crushers are high substance capacity crushers. They crush the substances with medium and low hardness with a double crushing system .for this reason they can be used both in primary and secondary stages. At the primary stage they can give fine substance output when compared to jaw crushers. In this way they can ease the work of secondary crushers and even in some situations they can give pieces in desired size without the need of a secondary crusher. Rotor is made of cast steel and steel construction and the hammers are produced from high alloyed manganese hardness steel casting. The crusher frame consists of two parts and the upper part can be opened by a hydraulic power unit. This makes it easy to reach the worn-out parts. The hammers and liners can be replaced easily. Özmak primary impact crushers provide high performance, easy maintenance conditions and low operating costs as well.
